We may also request personal information at other times, including but not limited to when you post your cover letter and/or resume on our website, submit job listings or take advantage of other features available on our site. If you chose to use our referral service to inform a friend about a job posted on our website, we will ask for your friend's name and email address. Once you submit this information, we will automatically send your friend an email informing him or her of the position. uses this information solely for the purpose of sending this email to your friend. also requests certain credit card information from employers who wish to post jobs on our website. For instance, you will be asked to provide your credit card number and expiration date. This information is used for billing purposes only. The primary objective of in collecting your personal information is to provide you, the job seeker or employer, with a customized experience and to assist your navigation throughout our website. We also offer you the opportunity to create or cut and paste a cover letter and resume on our site in order to facilitate your job search efforts and, in the case of employers, to reduce the amount of time and money you expend on the recruiting process. also uses personal information collected from our site to send certain emails to job seekers and employers. After registering on our website, job seekers and employers will receive an email welcoming them to Job seekers who submit their cover letter and resume to employers through our website will also receive emails confirming their transmission of these materials to prospective employers. Job seekers may also receive emails from employers in response to private or public resumes posted in our resume database. Job seeker and employers who register to use our website may not `opt-out' of any of the emails discussed above. Other than certain members of the team, you are the only person with access to the personal information you have entered into our registration form and (for employers) our payment-processing screen. Your username is password-protected to prevent unauthorized access to these areas of our website. Your password cannot be obtained by anyone other than you or someone who knows both your username and the email address that you used to register with us.

We recommend that you do not disclose your password to anyone. will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited telephone call or email. You should also log off of our website after you have completed using our service. This is to ensure that unauthorized individuals cannot access your personal information, correspondence or resume if you share a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place, such as a library or internet café.
