What personal information is collected from you
TherapyJobBoard.com collects personal information from several different parts of our website. Some information is gathered when you register (registration for job seekers is optional). For instance, we ask for your name and email address. The system will also request your street address, city, state, zip code and telephone number, although only fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the registration form are required. This information is used to assist you in navigating our website by automatically filling in certain forms with your information so that you are not required to repeatedly re-enter it, thereby facilitating your job search or (for employers) your recruiting efforts. After you register, you will have a username and password and will be able to take full advantage of the various job search or job posting features available on our website.
We may also request personal information at other times, including but not limited to when you post your cover letter and/or resume on our website, submit job listings or take advantage of other features available on our site. (For more information on posting cover letters and resumes, as well as our resume database, please review our Terms and Conditions of Use). If you contact us via email, we may also elect to maintain a record of such correspondence.
If you chose to use our referral service to inform a friend about a job posted on our website, we will ask for your friend's name and email address. Once you submit this information, we will automatically send your friend an email informing him or her of the position. TherapyJobBoard.com uses this information solely for the purpose of sending this email to your friend.
TherapyJobBoard.com also requests certain credit card information from employers who wish to post jobs on our website. For instance, you will be asked to provide your credit card number and expiration date. This information is used for billing purposes only. If we experience difficulty processing your order, we may use your contact information to contact you.
TherapyJobBoard.com is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We will not sell, share or rent this information to third parties in any way other than stated herein without your permission.
